Duplex Serre Chevalier "L'Ours Blanc"

It should be noted that rentals are for one entry on saturday after 2pm and an output after the inventory at 10am.
A 30% deposit is required upon booking, with the balance no later than 3 weeks before taking the keys.
Upon arrival, an uncollected deposit of 300 € is requested. It will be return after inventory.
The household is the responsibility of the tenants a package is available for 70€ however.
Our pets are not allowed and smokers are ask to go to the balcony.
